CYT Camp Fredericksburg — Sing, Dance, Act
Every summer, CYT Fredericksburg offers week-long musical theater day camps for children ages 6–12. Campers explore acting, singing, and dancing through hands-on workshops, theater games, and creative activities in a positive, welcoming Christian environment.

Each camp features a creative theme and builds toward a concluding showcase for family and friends. Along the way, campers develop performance skills, grow in confidence, practice teamwork, and make new friends.

From first rehearsal to final bow

A little courage. A big moment to shine.

Throughout the week, campers rehearse material inspired by their camp theme. The concluding showcase brings it all together and gives family and friends a chance to celebrate what they have learned.

It is a celebration of progress, teamwork, and creativity—and a glimpse of the excitement of being part of a CYT production. Every camper has something to be proud of!

Families receive the showcase details for their camp.

Encouragement every step of the way

CYT counselors bring energy, theater experience, and a love of working with young people. CYT National describes camp teams that include local artists, production team members, and theater specialists. All CYT counselors are background checked and follow CYT’s Mission and Values.

The focus is growth: trying new skills, working as a team, and building confidence in a positive, encouraging environment.
