Sarah is happily married to her best friend, Doug. They have been married 24 years, have 8 adopted children, 2 bio sons, and 2 permanent foster children. Yes, you counted right, we currently have 12 children ages 2-22. She feels very blessed to be teaching her 21st Our Gang class after a long break to take care of her kids. She has a heart for the children in her community. She also enjoys guiding them to find a love for theater and seeing them blossom on the stage. She has gained her experience over the years as a foster/adoptive mom, homeschooling mom and co-op leader, a Girl Scout leader, a nanny, and Awanas teacher. She has a love for all things Disney including an annual family trip to Disney World. She is so grateful to be a CYT teacher and for the help of her amazing assistants.
