The pen may be mightier than the sword, but the sword looks much cooler in the theatre! In this class we'll learn about different styles of stage combat; from fisticuffs and daggers to bow staffs and blades! We will also be covering basic stunts so be prepared to flip, roll, and tumble.  Not only will you learn the basics of how to handle the weapons and use them, but we'll also learn the philosophy behind the combat! Stage combat is fun, though it must be treated with the utmost seriousness. With a focus on safety and communication, we'll learn how to make show-stopping fights and perform our very own choreographed battle! Oh, and yes! There will be swords!
