Acting is more than just what we say; it's also how we move! Storytelling for the stage involves the actor's entire body - from the top of their head to the tips of their toes. In this class, we will explore detailed stage movement in fun and creative ways. Utilizing several different acting theories and unique exercises, students will be able to activate their bodies so that they can physically transform into characters for any story. They will learn how to step into another character's shoes! At the end of this course, we will create an original, pantomimed movement piece.
