Description

Dive into the world of Audio, Visual, and Lighting (AVL) for the CYT live performance of The Lion King. Through hands-on practice and creative scene building, students will learn how to integrate sound, lighting, and design cues to help bring the show to life as part of the production crew.

This class offers a dynamic way to learn how to think as part of an artistic team, where imagination and creativity meet set design and tech engineering. Students will collaborate, experiment, and discover how artistic vision and technical skill work hand-in-hand to create powerful storytelling moments on stage.

***Note: This class will be providing sets and tech support for The Lion King, therefore we are asking students to please be available for tech week and show dates. (not mentioned below because it is a regular class date - class will be still be held on Tuesday, February 3rd)
